Our Guarantee

We do guarantee all of our products to be in excellent condition, each piece being inspected numerous times for any flaws. However with hundreds of pieces on the site there is a chance that we will miss something. If you receive a piece in which a flaw has been overlooked, you have 48 hours to contact us. At that time we will ask that you ship the item back to us, and upon arrival, we will then arrange for your refund. We will also give you an In-store credit for the amount of shipping once we have determined that it was an oversight on our part. Unfortunately, we can only refund shipping with an in-store credit at this time. All of our clothing has inner tags with sizes intact. As some designers differ in the exact fit of children's clothing, we will gladly take exact measurements for your convenience. Contact us either by phone or email and we will ensure that we get the measurements to you the same day as the request.
