If I live in Ottawa, can I pick up my merchandise instead of having it shipped to me?
Yes, we are located in Orleans and pick up times are on Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 3pm, or Tuesday evening from 6pm - 8pm. Once you select the pick up option we will forward you the address for pick up.
How do I know if the clothes will fit my child?
All of our apparel have tags with sizes. We do understand that some designers size marginally different from others, so if there is a designer you're unfamiliar with, and have concerns about, we'd be happy to take exact measurements and send them along to you. Please send us an email at info@daisyblue.ca and we will provide your measurements for you within 24 hours.
What is your Return Policy?
At Daisy Blue we take pride in the excellent condition of our clothing. Each item has been examined numerous times before making its way onto the site. If by chance you get an item that has a flaw that has been overlooked, we will then ask you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery of the item and arrange to send it back to us. Upon receipt of the item and verification of the flaw we will then refund your money in the form of a cheque. It will be mailed out to you immediately and should be received within approximately 7-10 business days. We will also provide you with an instore credit for the cost of shipping.
Should you purchase something that you change your mind about, or is the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must then ship the item back to us and upon our receipt of the item we will then issue you a cheque for the amount of the item (the cost of shipping will not be refunded) and mail it out immediately. We do not want you to feel anything less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us at sales@daisyblue.ca with any questions or concerns.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within Canada, once payment has been received.
How do I pay for my order?
Daisy Blue uses the PayPal method of payment. Your payment is processed online using a valid credit card through a secure payment system. We also accept email interac as well as cheques. If you choose to pay via email interac or cheque, please select the applicable option when chequing out and Ronda or Kelli will contact you with details of where to email payment, or mail cheque.
Will you buy my clothes?
We are always looking to buy clothing from our clients. Please contact us and we will set up a convenient time to look over your clothes. Please ensure the clothing meets all of the required criteria to better your chances of selling. We will also advise you of which season we are currently stocking.
How do I get my clothes to you?
You can either send your clothing by mail or drop off your clothing to us for assessment. If you are using the drop off option, simply contact Daisy Blue and we will arrange for a convenient time for the clothing to be dropped off.
What do you do with the clothing you do not buy?
Upon receipt of a shipment, we itemize all of the clothing and contact you with what we are interested in purchasing at this time. You then have 14 days to pick up the clothing not purchased. If you are interested in donating any or all of your clothing Daisy Blue did not purchase, we would be happy to pass it along to various shelters and charities in the Ottawa area. If the clothing is not picked up within 14 days, we will pass it along to the aforementioned shelters and charities.
